Shipping Policy

At HueDrum®, we offer domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US. Orders shipped through ground usually take 2-5 business days to deliver once processed. On select products, customers may choose an expedited shipping service. 

 

Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact shipping and delivery times. Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. An express shipping fee is charged for orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. 

 

Tracking is provided on all orders. HueDrum is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered. Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. HueDrum is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers. HueDrum is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all of our products purchased from HueDrum directly, as well as exchanges. All product returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged, shipped back in their original form of packaging, and include all accessories, and must be sent within 14 days from submission to be eligible for a refund. Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products.

 

Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned products.
