We currently offer free shipping for all orders for a limited time.
We ship out orders from our various local warehouses across the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Please note shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands may take longer.
In most cases, our carrier partners aim to deliver within 4-10 business days after your order is shipped. On select products, customers may choose an expedited shipping service.
Please keep in mind shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delivery during/after holidays or to areas experiencing severe weather conditions may require additional time. We recommend monitoring your shipping updates.

We cannot always guarantee updates to an order's shipping address or items in an order. Our fulfillment team works around the clock to get shipments out at lightning speed!
If you require a change to your shipping address, we recommend you contact the courier to assist with updating the shipping address. If you would like to add, change or upgrade the items in your order, please contact us at email@example.com and our team will assist you. If we cannot change your order, you may return the items in your original order back. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
After your order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you wish to cancel/return an item that's already been shipped, please return your items for a return for a full refund.
Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at email@example.com.
At HueDrum, we stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love your new instrument. If you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns for items purchased on our site within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in original packaging and include all accessories as received. Items must be free of scratches, dents, or damage of any kind.

After your return is received, you'll be refunded automatically to the original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be sent to you. In some cases, it may take up to 5-15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or issued through store credit. If for any reason, your original form of payment is no longer active or able to process the refund, you will receive store credit for the same amount. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within thirty (30) days of delivery and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit or to the original purchaser.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as a credit back onto a gift card. Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account.
If you wish to exchange your item(s), please inform us. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before the new item is processed. If exchange for items of lower value, the price difference will be refunded. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the original item.
