WHAT DOES MY DRUM COME WITH?

Each drum is equipped with a pair of 2 mallets, a 43-page beginner's book including songs that you can follow, and a premium stylish travel bag. You can take your Hue Drum with you wherever you go! Bring to yoga classes, the office, or retreats.

IS IT HARD TO PLAY?

Absolutely not! The Hue Drum is exceptionally beginner-friendly and comes with a ton of songs for you to learn quickly. It's excellent for all age groups from children, to the elderly.

WHAT KEY IS THIS?

Our drums are pre-tuned by hand in C Major.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

Oh no! Please email us at help@huedrum.com with the subject DAMAGED along with your order number and a photo of the broken product and we will help you out!

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes we do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders $50+.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! Free international shipping is applied to all orders $50+.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship all drums from our warehouse in Mira Loma, California, Europe, and Asia to over 180+ countries around the globe.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 5 -10 days from the ship date to arrive.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you place your order and the payment is accepted and confirmed, it is then in process to be shipped. Because there is a very small window of time, we may not be able to "catch" your order before it is packed and set aside for shipping.

This, unfortunately, means no changes can be made to an order once it is placed. However, there may be time to cancel your order entirely so you can start fresh.
