Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure all our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the order date for a full refund.

Our standard return policy lasts thirty (30) days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team at within seven (7) business days from the delivery date. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to address and resolve the issue.



Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted (depending on your bank, location, etc.). If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at



We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Because we cannot ensure the item required will be available by the time returned items come back to the Distribution Center, except in very limited circumstances, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.



You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon request, we may be able to provide a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


2-year Limited Warranty

We warrant your HueDrum Tongue Drum for a period of two (2) years after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the drum.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the instrument. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. If you discover a defect and notify us during the warranty period, we will, at its discretion, replace or repair the drum free of charge.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the claim's date is within the warranty period. Any refunds given in full will void any warranty, including any type of replacement.
